::Both the apartment complex and the Nexus Municipal Watershed have excellent security. Too bad that security doesn't cover the extent of the pipeline between the two. There is a series of pressure-regulating valves that can be reached by this service tunnel, here... and the water is shut off. Farfarello punches a hole in the line just past the valves and feeds in the hose attached to the Infinite Volume Vehicle he borrowed for the day. ...Don't ask where he acquired an infinite amount of blood, by the way. Just go with it.::

::There is still a good amount of water in the line, but that doesn't matter. The point will still be made. And the next part is simple: Farf summons the Spark that has helped him burn so many buildings, and sends it to first short out the the wiring in the actual fire alarm, and from there up to to the fourth floor, to play under the smoke detectors. If the Spark follows its instructions accurately, the sprinklers at the far end of the fourth floor should be going off any moment now...::

::...Good Spark.::

((The walls and floors may or may not hold, and the surrounding hallways and apartments may or may not experience dripping or outright flooding, as the respective muns see fit, but killwithmymind's apartment, at least, will be flooded to a depth of a half-meter, if not more, and everything inside - furniture, electronics, books and clothes - will be destroyed. Tag, Nagi. You're it.))
