Draco grimaced at the oddly shaped item in his hand. "It does what?!"

His mother gave his hand a sympathetic pat. "Babies sometimes get congested," she said. "You'll have to conquer your squeamishness when it comes to clearing Livvie's nose."

"Ugh. Isn't there a spell for that? Or a potion?"

"You don't want to be casting spells on a baby or dosing her with too many potions when this item will do the trick," she said. "Why, I wish I'd had such an aspirator when you were a baby. You were a veritable font of mucus."

Draco grimaced again. "Ugh."
