    Salmon in soy'n'honey sauce

    Hi everyone!

    Here is a very simple and amazingly tasty LOW-CAL recipe for you)

    For two portions:




                                     2 salmon fillets

                                     3 Tbsps of LIGHT soy sauce

                                     1 Tbsp of Acacia honey

                                     fresh thyme

                                     ground black pepper

                                     olive oil

    1. Heat oven to 180°/365°F. Wash salmon fillets. Mix soy sauce with honey.





    2. Place salmon into a pan, pour on soy-honey sauce. Sprinkle it with pepper and fresh thyme.





    3. Put the salmon into the oven for 17-20 minutes.
