The world we inhabit is ever-changing, the way that music is produced and consumed is also ever-changing. The old meritocratic “pop star” system is in a state of freefall and the people are claiming back what is rightfully theirs, the music! It’s music that defines their community and speaks directly to them about their lives, love and values. The internet is causing this change in many ways. This site’s aims are to serve and reflect the Gothic subculture and to promote the music that is at the very heart of this community. This CD is the product of that. On this CD you will find totally cutting edge Gothic and Gothic evolved tracks by some of the hottest bands to have emerged from the scene in the last decade.
